These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision and payment of student deposit fees (“Deposit Amount", “Deposit”) provided by the students ("Student," "you," or "your") to Tetr College of Business ("Tetr," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your deposit fees to Tetr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 Deposit Fees: The amount of money
submitted by the Student to Tetr
2.2 Student: The individual who submits the deposit
fees.
3.1. Total Fee: Students have to submit a total amount of $2500. This deposit secures their place in the cohort and will be fully refundable at the end of the 4-year program.
4.1. If withdrawal occurs within 45 days after the date of payment, the deposit will be fully refunded.
4.2. Process: To request a refund of the deposit,
students must submit a written request to the
Admissions Committee. The request must include
the reason for withdrawal and any relevant documentation.
4.3. Processing Time: Refund requests will be
processed within 30 days of receipt of the written
request and any supporting documentation.
4.4. Forfeiture: Failure to adhere to the terms
and conditions outlined herein may result in
forfeiture of the refundable deposit.
5.1. Fee Acknowledgment Delivery:
Acknowledgement fee receipts will be sent to
the Student's registered email address. It
is the Student's responsibility to ensure
that the email address is current and
active.
5.2. Contact Information: Any changes to contact
information must be promptly communicated to
Tetr's administration office.
6.1. Data Protection: Tetr will protect the
confidentiality of Student information in
accordance with applicable data protection
laws.
6.2. Non-Disclosure: Students agree not to disclose
any confidential information received from Tetr
to third parties without prior written consent.
7.1. Amendments: Tetr reserves the right to
amend these Terms at any time. Notice of any
changes will be provided to Students.
7.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute
the entire agreement between Tetr and the Student
and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
