Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll move on to the Tetr Trial, our unique, gamified aptitude test. This 90-minute assessment is designed to evaluate your analytical and problem-solving skills in an engaging way. It’s more than just a test—it’s an experience that mirrors the interactive learning you’ll encounter at Tetr.
The Tetr Trial is divided into six sections:
- 2 Gamified Assessments: Fun and interactive challenges designed to test your problem-solving abilities.
- 12 Critical Reasoning Questions: Do members continue to be part of the community year after year?
- 12 Quantitative Questions: Also completed in 20 minutes, these measure your math and numerical reasoning skills.
- 2 Abstract Questions: Answered in 10 minutes, these evaluate your ability to think creatively and solve non-conventional problems.
- Reading Comprehension: A passage you’ll need to read and answer within 9 minutes.
- 2 Video Interviews: In these 4-minute video scenarios, you’ll demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and solve real-world challenges.
