  • Duration: Month 1 - 2
  • Capstone: Build and scale an e-commerce business selling globally sourced products in the Middle East market. Target 3 SKUs and a revenue of $5000.

  • Duration: Month 3 - 4
  • Capstone: Take an idea from sketch to prototype and scale it through China’s unmatched supply chain and e-commerce ecosystem. Target at least 2 prototypes, 2 factory negotiations and 10%+ profit margin.

  • Duration: Month 5 - 6
  • Capstone: Build a media brand, create a loyal community, build creator partnerships and strike brand deals. Target at least 20 content pieces and 10,000 subscribers.

  • Capstone: Work with heritage brands, design a luxury product launch, or reimagine an existing one. Target 2 SKUs and a revenue of $5000.

What is the Tetr Winter Sandbox?

The Tetr Winter Sandbox is a 6-day immersive program designed for young, aspiring entrepreneurs. It provides an opportunity to experience the dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystems of cities like Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, New Delhi, and Madrid, focusing on business ideation, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development, and pitching to investors. The program combines education, hands-on experience, industry immersions, mentorship, and professional networking.

Who is organizing the program?

The program is organized by Tetr College of Business in collaboration with local partner institutions, bringing together global expertise and experience.

What is included in the program?
  • Seminars on entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Masterclasses with industry leaders
  • Hackathon Challenges with mentorships from top-tier entrepreneurs
  • Site visits to explore industries such as finance, technology, sustainability, and e-commerce
  • Professional networking opportunities with senior executives and founders of notable startups
  • Farewell Gala Dinner on the last day
  • Accommodation and meals (three per day) for all students
  • Travel insurance for all participants
When does the program take place?

The program runs from 14th - 20th December 2025.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Accommodation will be provided in 4-star hotels (hotel names subject to availability). The cost of accommodation is included in the program fee.

Are meals included?

Yes, the program includes three meals per day for all student participants.

What transportation is provided?

Local transfers for activities and airport transfers (two each on arrival and departure days) are included in the program.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tetr College of Business.

Who can participate in this program?

This program is designed for students currently in high school, taking a gap year between school and university, and currently enrolled university students.

Is visa support included?

Yes, the program covers the administrative costs and processing services for obtaining a visa.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my participation?
