How Tetr’s Bachelor’s in Management and Technology unfolds across eight semesters.
Most entrepreneurs trace their success back to early exposure, working across markets, testing ideas, and learning through execution. Yet for many undergraduate students, business education remains confined to classrooms, case studies, and theory.
Tetr is built differently. The Tetr UG programme of Management and Technology is designed around applied, hands-on experiences. Students learn business by doing business across 7 countries, gaining exposure to diverse markets, cultures, and ways of thinking.
From launching a dropshipping business in Dubai to building a YouTube channel in Europe, learning happens in motion. Each term pushes students to adapt and build in the real world.
Here’s a term-wise look at what the Bachelor’s in Management and Technology program has in store.
Each term is built to mirror how business actually happens in the real world. Learning extends beyond the classroom through hands-on workshops, company visits, and industry interactions that place students inside real businesses and markets. In addition, cultural immersions bring nuance to learning, showing how business is shaped by local culture and environment.
Alongside this, term-long capstone projects focus on building and testing real businesses through execution. A typical week balances coursework, field immersions, and time dedicated to building your business. Across eight semesters, this structure leads to the completion of the Bachelor’s in Management and Technology, awarded as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from an accredited university in the United Kingdom.
The Tetr UG curriculum for the first term introduces how business is learned at Tetr. Workshops like "How to build a global supply chain" and "How to network effortlessly focus on real-world skills from day one". Learning then extends beyond the classroom through business and cultural immersions that place students inside active markets, from understanding airline operations at the Emirates Airline Headquarters to negotiating at the Dubai Gold Souk.
This foundation leads into the term project: building a dropshipping business that sells globally sourced products to the Middle Eastern market. So far, Tetr students have built 23 dropshipping businesses in Dubai so far, generating over $137,000 in revenue. Brands like Bike Arena, Tafflo, Claycia and Welz Company reflect what early exposure, execution, and market immersion can create.
Next stop on the journey is India, where the management degree benefits range from tech talks to cultural walks. Students learn coding, but also visit Indian unicorns. They develop go-to-market strategies, but also immerse themselves in colourful Holi celebrations. And building on these learnings, they launch and scale their own D2C brand in the world’s largest consumer market.
From managing inventories to pitching for funding, the term is designed to strengthen real entrepreneurial capabilities. This is the same environment in which the Class of 2028 launched 21 D2C startups in India, translating management degree benefits into real-world execution.
The second year of the Tetr UG program takes students to Singapore, where learning shifts to advanced technology, scale, and capital. Students dive deep into how LLMs and AI actually work, decode social media algorithms, and navigate the fundamentals of corporate finance. Learning goes beyond workshops through exposure to global operators, including visits to PayPal, and into the cultural fabric of the city, from Singapore’s fintech corridors to Chinatown.
The semester culminates in a live Kickstarter launch. Students take a real problem from insight to execution, designing and selling a hardware product to a global audience. From concept to creation, they experience what it takes to launch a real business in the real world. So far, Tetr UG students have raised over $77,000 in revenue through these campaigns. The next launch could be yours!
Breaking away from the cultural grasp of Asia, the journey shifts to Africa, offering a new lens on markets, culture, and impact. This semester of the Tetr UG syllabus focuses on solving global challenges, fundraising capital for social initiatives, and building AI-powered products with real-world relevance. For the term project, students will pilot an NGO in Ghana, working closely with on-ground realities to create meaningful, measurable change.
They will experience firsthand the management degree benefits as they learn to adapt, negotiate, and lead. Business and cultural immersions enrich the experience, from attending the Ghana International Trade Fair to exploring the country’s vibrant second-hand markets. During the summer, students will also complete a teaching fellowship or internship, extending their learning into communities.
The journey then takes the Bachelor’s in Management and Technology program to the United States. At Cornell University, students build advanced capabilities, from managing CRM systems, raising debt and equity capital, to designing UI/UX interfaces. All these skills will come together as students build a tech startup in Silicon Valley that solves a problem identified across their global journey.
In addition, students will also tour the headquarters of Google and Pixar, attend the world's top hackers' conference, and witness a live IPO at the NASDAQ. This term is designed to sharpen real-world skills, deepen execution capability, and connect students to global industry networks that shape the future of business.
In Argentina, the focus shifts to sustainability and long-term impact. This semester explores renewable energy, B2B marketing, and AI in agritech, offering a close look at the country’s energy transition and the forces shaping its future, from infrastructure to culture and sports.
The end of the term culminates in the launch of a green initiative that targets to offset at least 1000 kg of carbon emissions, turning learning into a measurable impact. Along the way, students will dive deep into renewables, electric vehicles, carbon credits, and wildlife conservation.
By the end of the term, students will carry more than a business management undergraduate degree. They will leave with a sustainability-first mindset that will help them navigate the environmental and economic challenges our world faces.
The final year of the Tetr UG programme takes students to Europe, where the focus shifts to influence, intellectual capital, and digital scale. Through courses at INSEAD, students get the chance to explore intellectual property law, decentralized finance and crypto, and the art of influence in a global economy.
Beyond workshops, students will get exposure to ideas and content through business and cultural immersions in Spain. For the term project, students will create a YouTube channel in a niche of their choice, scale it to 20,000 subscribers, collaborate with creators, and secure brand partnerships. The experience reflects how modern businesses are built, at the intersection of platforms, audiences, and influence.
The final term is dedicated to full-time paid industry experience. Students take on internships at leading companies, choosing sectors that align with their career goals and organizations whose culture resonates closely with their values and aspirations.
For those who prefer an alternative route, on-campus projects and academic courses are available at UBI University. Upon successful completion of the program, students will graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science (Honours) Degree from an accredited university in the United Kingdom.
Choosing a college is ultimately about how you want to learn and who you want to become. While some programs keep learning within classrooms, others ground it in practice across markets, cultures, and industries.
For students drawn to learning by building, travelling, and executing ideas in unfamiliar environments, the Tetr UG programme in Management and Technology offers one such pathway.
