At Tetr, we admit students who are ready to build, lead, and create impact before they step on campus. The Young Business Leaders Program (YBLP) allows ambitious students to apply early while finishing high school or university and join a future intake at Tetr.

Tetr Young Business Leaders Program

At Tetr, we admit students who are ready to do the work - to lead, create, and make an impact before they even step on our worldwide campus. The Young Business Leaders Program (YBLP) is a deferred admission pathway for ambitious students finishing high school or university studies for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs respectively.

Who is this program for?

Bachelor's Programs

  • For final year high school students graduating before August 2027 and applying for the September 2027 intake.
  • We look for students who have taken initiative. This could include leading teams, launching projects, building ventures, conducting research, competing at state or national levels, or creating measurable community impact.

Master's Programs

  • For undergraduate students in their final or pre-final year graduating before September 2026. Graduates with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience may also apply.
  • We look for candidates who show clear impact through projects, business outcomes, research, ventures, team leadership, or measurable results.

Tetr Trial

Take a timed online assessment that evaluates quantitative thinking, reasoning, problem solving, and language comprehension. It also includes an AI video interview.

Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a one on one conversation with an industry specialist.

Enrollment

Selected applicants will receive the final offer and instructions to confirm their seat in the Young Business Leaders Program.

Terms & Conditions

Which fee structure will apply to YBLP students?

Students admitted through the YBLP Deferral Program will follow the tuition and fee structure applicable to the intake year in which they begin the program.

How do I confirm my seat after receiving an offer?

Applicants must pay the required security deposit within the stated deadline to confirm their seat. Failure to meet the deadline may result in the offer being withdrawn.

How long is the deferral valid?

Deferral is valid only for the intake mentioned in the offer letter. Extensions may be granted only after institutional review and subject to seat availability.

What academic requirements must be met before joining?

Students must complete their graduation and submit proof before the required deadline.Undergraduate applicants must graduate before September 2027.Master’s applicants must graduate before September 2026.

Do I need to maintain academic performance during the deferral period?

Yes. Students must maintain satisfactory academic performance and conduct. Significant academic decline, disciplinary action, or misrepresentation may result in cancellation of admission.

Will my documents be verified?

Yes. All documents submitted during the application process are subject to verification. Admission may be revoked if any information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Can the program structure change?

The institution may make reasonable changes to curriculum, delivery format, faculty, campus locations, or academic partnerships when required.

What happens if I withdraw after accepting the offer?

Withdrawals will follow the refund policy applicable at the time. Security deposits may be non refundable unless stated otherwise.

Who makes the final decision on admissions and deferrals?

The institution holds final authority over decisions related to eligibility, admission, deferral approval, and interpretation of these terms.
